4. Business Listing Listings and Accuracy of Information

Yellows Page acts as a marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, we do not guarantee the authenticity, completeness, or reliability of any property listing. Users are strongly advised to independently verify all property details, legal titles, and RERA registrations before entering into any transaction.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy

Certain features (e.g., Premium Agent Listings, Builder Dashboards) may require a paid subscription. All payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways. Unless otherwise mandated by law, all subscription fees and charges for premium placements are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the listing published.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Yellows Page or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not extract or utilize parts of the content without our express written consent.

7. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

As a user, you agree not to:

• Post fake, fraudulent, or misleading property listings.
• Use the platform for any illegal activities or to violate any local, state, or national laws.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform (e.g., through hacking, scraping, or deploying malware).
• Harass, intimidate, or spam other users.

8. Third-party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Yellows Page. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yellows Page, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
